1. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver many orders within 10 minutes, depending on product availability, distance, and traffic conditions.

However, not all orders are guaranteed to arrive in 10 minutes.

Orders are dispatched immediately after they are placed.

2. Delivery Hours

We deliver orders throughout the day, with no fixed time restrictions.

Any temporary changes to delivery hours will be updated on our website.

3. Service Area

We currently deliver within a 5 km radius of Charthawal.

In some rare or special cases, we may deliver slightly outside this area.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the order amount and distance.

Free delivery is available for orders above a certain value, as mentioned on our website.

5. Order Tracking

After placing an order, customers will receive SMS updates and can also track their order on our website.

6. Missed Deliveries

If the customer is not available at the time of delivery:

The order will be cancelled.

If it was a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the customer may not be allowed to place COD orders in the future and must use prepaid payment next time.

7. Multiple Orders

If you place multiple orders within a short time, we may combine them and deliver together whenever possible.

8. Delivery Team
