Welcome to Quick Bajar. This Payment Policy explains how payments work on our platform. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

Credit and Debit Cards

Mobile Wallets

Cash on Delivery (COD)

All orders must be paid in full. We do not accept partial payments.


2. When Payment Is Made

For prepaid orders, payment is collected at the time of order placement.

For Cash on Delivery, you must pay at the time of delivery, before receiving your items.


3. Payment Confirmation

Once your online payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation message from our payment gateway.


If your payment fails, the order will not be placed and you will not be charged.

4. Failed Payments


If payment is not successful, the system will automatically cancel the order.


You can try again with a different payment method.

5. Refunds


Refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.).


If your refund is approved, it will be processed on the same day.

We use secure third-party payment gateways to process all online transactions.


We do not store any payment information such as card details or UPI IDs on our servers.
